IR-AK6 HYBRID Dryer combines the best of two drying technologies, Infra-Red & Air Impingement, to produce a dryer superior to the rest.

Each HAK3 Air Impingement drying zone excels at scrubbing the surface free of moisture. Moisture removal technology is integrated into Prime’s IR-AK6 Hybrid dryer chambers to further maximize the removal of liquid from the chemistry. 

Customized IR energy delivery and HAK3 air movement work together via Prime’s PREMIER Controller to deliver uniform drying power over the entire substrate/material surface ensuring uniform high-speed drying for a wide variety of applications operating at top process speeds while substantially reducing energy requirements.

Add Prime’s IR-AK6 dryer to existing dryers to dramatically increase process speed or replace other drying technology to reduce energy usage and improve operating efficiencies and speed.
