Designed for press & converting lines running at all speeds, Prime’s Ink Mist Extractor (IME) 360 collects and removes air-borne contaminants all the way around the IME unit. Prime’s IME360 is recommended for every type of ink, coating & adhesive: Solvent, Water-based, and UV.

Engineered utilizing advanced CFD Software, Prime’s Ink Mist Extractor optimizes the utilization of plant air to remove harmful air-borne contaminates, such as ink & coating mist, and odors created in manufacturing processes. Our design utilizes two distinct air filters: a carbon filled polyester filter to remove odor and particulates down to 3 microns and an easy-to-replace disposable foam filter that removes particles down to 10 microns. The integrated air pressure sensor alerts your plant personnel when to replace the air filters to help provide a Safe Manufacturing Facility.
