Designed for press & converting lines running at all speeds, Prime’s Ink Mist Extractor (IME)180 collects and removes ink mist and coating vapors in the press tower or coating stations. Prime’s IME180 is recommended for every type of ink, coating & adhesive: Solvent, Water-based, and UV.

Engineered utilizing advanced CFD Software, Prime’s Ink Mist Extractor optimizes utilization of plant air to remove harmful air-borne contaminates, such as ink & coating mist, and odors created in manufacturing processes. Our design utilizes two distinct air filters: a carbon filled polyester filter to remove odor and particulates down to 3 microns and an easy-to-replace disposable foam filter that removes particles down to 10 microns. The integrated air pressure sensor alerts your plant personnel when to replace the air filters to help provide a Safe Manufacturing Facility.
