The New Prime UV Digital Off-Line UV Coating System provides the digital / sheetfed printer an inexpensive way to easily apply and cure UV protective coatings in house. Prime UV Digital Off-Line UV Coater System includes a Sheet Feeder, UV Sheetfed Coater, Sheet Transport Conveyor, Optimum Air-cooled Prime UV lamp & Sheet Stacker. This all-in-one system from Prime UV allows digital / sheetfed printers to apply UV coatings over water, solvent-based, UV and inkjet inks protecting the sheet from abrasion and rub-off, making digital inkjet printing permanent. The Prime UV Digital Off-Line UV Coating System gives sheetfed printers the ability to maximize profits and productivity by eliminating the need to send any job to an outside coating facility.
